Michelle Brady

With over 30 years of commercial real estate, legal and accounting experience, the majority supporting the Pearsons and ICI Properties, Michelle brings a wealth of critical knowledge and experience to the team. She is recognized for helping to build strong business relationships with clients and consultants and providing exceptional, value-added support.

Michelle’s professionalism, sharp attention to detail and appreciation for thorough due diligence ensures the team’s critical documents, proposals and plans are completed accurately and on a timely basis. This has enabled ICI Properties to establish, foster and retain many long term, strategic business relationships locally and nationally.

Michelle has been very involved in the community through substantial, active roles within community sports (convenor, coaching, managing), schooling (parent council secretary for 10 years), and numerous music programs. An active outdoor enthusiast, Michelle enjoys hiking and kayaking the many parks across Manitoba and Ontario as well as tackling the beautiful and challenging mountain hike trails across the Canadian Rockies range. Winter months will find Michelle cross-country skiing and snowshoeing to make the most of our Manitoba snowy season with regular jaunts across the Caribbean islands for a warming break.
