Ken’s career began as an accountant (CMA) where he developed a strong foundation in financial analysis, attention to detail, and strategic planning. His passion for working with people coupled with a desire to help businesses grow in a more tangible, dynamic way, eventually led to a career shift into commercial real estate, where he could combine his financial expertise with his interest in property markets and client relationships.

For over 20 years Ken has provided location advice based on data-driven insights and sound financial advice to an ever-expanding network of local, national and international corporate clients, ensuring his clients’ real estate strategies align with both their operational and financial goals.

Ken’s commitment to the business community has been demonstrated through various leadership roles within numerous organizations. These positions included Chair of the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce, Chair of the Commercial Division of the Winnipeg Regional Real Estate Board (twice) and Chair of the Canadian Real Estate Association Commercial Committee.
